RETURN & EXCHANGE
- ALISSA DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SERVICE, unless:
- wrong item or size is delivered by us
- defective item(s) i. A wide range of damage or dirt/ (more than 1cm)
ii. uncommon torn
iii. poor or improper stitching line
- For defective/wrong good(s), we will provide a one-to-one exchange.
- ALISSA only provides Exchange for good(s) which differ in sizes (top, dress, bottom), but such good(s) are not refundable. All Shipping fee for exchange parcel will be borne by customer
- All returns/exchange must be sent back within 7 working days upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.
- Kindly contact our after sales support team via email hello@alissastyle.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram about the issue. Please allow 24 hours for review and response.
For defective/wrong good(s), kindly provide snapshots of the incorrect good(s) or the defective area. - Returns must be done in the good(s) original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All good(s) are not to be soaked, washed, or any other action which may cause the good(s) to differ from its original state. If the good(s) are degraded due to above reason(s), item/s is strictly not returnable.

STORE CREDITS
- Store credits can only be utilized online at www.alissastyle.com.
- Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or account.
- Store credits can be used on any purchase.
- To redeem your credits, please login your account and select "Applied Store Credit" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.During checkout, you are able to enter the amount to redeem for your purchase.
- All unutilized Store Credit expires within the given time frame up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
POINTS & REWARDS
- Earn loyalty points by signing up for ALISSA account.
- You will earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent.
- Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via Store Credit will not earn any points.
- Reward points can be used on any future purchase.
- Customers can track available Reward Points by logging into their accounts.
- Reward points does not have an expiry to it when issued. No form of credits are refundable in cash strictly.
- Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferable.
DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
- Discounts are only valid if the voucher codes are entered before checkout.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
- Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange.
- Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied.
- All discount codes which are used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
Alissa Style reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
