Do all my purchases count toward points?
You can earn points from purchase our products. However, shipping charges, discounts from vendor coupons (or other similar discount coupons) are not eligible for points.
How long are points valid?
Our points is lifetime, it will not expire.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
Your points, base and bonus, are deducted from your points balance.
How to check my points balance?
- Login to account.
- Click [Member], you can view the balance of points.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can only be redeem via our website. You can direct redeem points on the checkout page.
10 Points will entitle you to RM1 discount off. There is a max point redeem limit of RM20 point for every order.
- Click on Applied Point Discount
- Enter the number of points you wish to apply (If customers input 0 and click Apply, no points will be applied to this order)
- The total amount will be recalculated.
I have placed an order but no point receive?
The points will be issued to you after 24 hours the order has been completed.
