GENERAL
- Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor/mobile phone/gadget display, the colors and appearance shown in the photographs may not be exactly 100% identical to those of the actual items.
- There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit.
- Please do not rely only on standard sizes of XS, S, M, L, etc because products come in batches and different designs. For example, size S of this design may not necessary be the same as size S of another design.
- We shall not be held responsible if users develop any bodily reaction to any of our products. Customers with sensitive skin, for example, are advised to check with their doctor before purchasing.
- Do not bleach or soak your new clothes or wash them together with clothes of lighter colours to avoid any colour transfer - we will not be held responsible if this happens.
Ready stock / Pre-order
- Our products is Pre-order (90%) + ready stock.
- Ready stocks order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon payment verification.
- For Pre-order item, which Items are stocks which are not on hand and therefore, Pre-order will be shipped out only when the item(s) has arrived Malaysia. Normally it take 7-21working days to arrive after payment verification.
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of each Pre-order item will be stated clearly in each individual Pre-order item.
- ETA is only an estimated date, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.
- Thus, we do not accept urgent order for Pre-order products. Please do not order if you have short timeline to meet.
- If order consist of both ready stock and Pre-order products, kindly note that order will be shipped out only when all item(s) are available.
- Customer could request to ship out ready stocks items for order consist of Pre-order items and ready stocks with extra postage fee. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
- Pre-order products will only be fulfilled once stock is available. Shipping date will only be provided once all stock(s) have arrived.
- All Pre-order are strictly non cancel-able/refundable once the order is being processed.

ORDER
- We will only process your order after payment has been made.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours following a confirmed booking, or we reserve the right to cancel the order without giving any advance notice to you.
- Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Alissa Style will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed.
- Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
- We reserve the right to decline any request of amend order if the order has already processed.
- Please note, once your order has been made, your order cannot be cancelled.
- We seek your understanding that certain products (ready stock and pre-order items) may be out of stock under certain occasion even if they are indicated as available in our webpage. This is because we have multiple sales channels (website, Facebook and Instagram) and stock inventory is updated manually. This could be due to technical issue or human input error/delay or any other reasons. Hence, sometimes you might find the product you have paid for is out of stock and in this case we will refund you accordingly, without any additional compensation.
- Should any of the above arise, we will provide 2 choices of refunds which is:
- Refund to store credit
Amount paid for the product will be converted to store credit + additional RM5.00/-. (i.e. RM95 (paid) + RM5.00/- = RM 100) into store credit. - Cash Refund
The total amount paid for the products will refund to customer’s bank account.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
- Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our Site when you checkout.
- Our mailing day is from Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holiday.
- We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery time frame is just an estimation and may take longer especially during peak season / outskirt area.
- Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party courier service providers, and we shall not be responsible for any delay or lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.
- Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

PAYMENT METHOD
All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) .

By using this payment method, customer is required to provide Bank Transaction Receipts to us.
2. Payment Gateway where you can pay using:
- Direct online bank transfer (FPX transfer)
- Credit cards (VISA / MASTERCARD)
The price payable by you for the product shall be the price of the product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without given any reason or prior notice. No refund will be allowed if the purchase item is available on sale thereafter.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- ALISSA DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SERVICE, unless:
- wrong item or size is delivered by us
- defective item(s)
i. A wide range of damage or dirt/ (more than 1cm)
ii. uncommon torn
iii. poor or improper stitching line
- For defective/wrong good(s), we will provide a one-to-one exchange.
- ALISSA only provides Exchange for good(s) which differ in sizes (top, dress, bottom), but such good(s) are not refundable. All Shipping fee for exchange parcel will be borne by customer
- All returns/exchange must be sent back within 7 working days upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.
- Kindly contact our after sales support team via email hello@alissastyle.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram about the issue. Please allow 24 hours for review and response.
For defective/wrong good(s), kindly provide snapshots of the incorrect good(s) or the defective area. - Returns must be done in the good(s) original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All good(s) are not to be soaked, washed, or any other action which may cause the good(s) to differ from its original state. If the good(s) are degraded due to above reason(s), item/s is strictly not returnable.

STORE CREDITS
- Store credits can only be utilized online at www.alissastyle.com.
- Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or account.
- Store credits can be used on any purchase.
- To redeem your credits, please login your account and select "Applied Store Credit" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
During checkout, you are able to enter the amount to redeem for your purchase.
- All unutilized Store Credit expires within the given time frame up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
POINTS & REWARDS
- Earn loyalty points by signing up for ALISSA account.
- You will earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent.
- Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via Store Credit will not earn any points.
- Reward points can be used on any future purchase.
- Customers can track available Reward Points by logging into their accounts.
- Reward points does not have an expiry to it when issued. No form of credits are refundable in cash strictly.
- Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferable.
DISCOUNT CODES/ VOUCHERS
- Discounts are only valid if the voucher codes are entered before checkout.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
- Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange.
- Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied.
- All discount codes which are used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
Alissa Style reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
