Delivery Policy

Region Flat Rate Free Shipping Delivery Timne
West Malaysia RM8 FREE Delivery for purchase RM190 and above 3-5 working days
East Malaysia RM15 FREE Delivery for purchase RM250 and above 5-10 working days

  • Ready stocks order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon payment verification.
  • For Pre-order item, kindly note that order will be shipped out only when the item(s) has arrived Malaysia. Normally it take 7-21working days to arrive after payment verification.
  • Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our Site when you checkout.
  • Delivery of parcels is carried out on Mondays to Fridays during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
  • We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery timeframe is just an estimation and may take longer especially during peak season / outskirt area.
  • Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers, and we shall not be responsible for any delay or lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

Note: For orders that are entitled for frees hippping, we reserve the right to use PosParcel/PosDaftar/Pos Ekspres to deliver certain products, which in some cases might lead to a few more days of delivery time but typically shall not exceed 1 week.


Bounced Parcel

  • We will contact via whatapps or message at Facebook /Instagram if we receive any bounced parcel bearing their name.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to wrong address given by you, or not picked up by you from the Pos Laju office or the designated collection point after failed delivery attempt, or for whatever reasons possible, we will arrange tore-pack and check your parcel at your cost. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • ALISSA will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • ALISSA reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
  • Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 90 days grace period will be deemed as AlissaStyle Trading’s property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.
