At ALISSA, We care about every product. Under rigid management, we hope every customer will be completely satisfy with your purchase.
- All returns/exchange must be sent back within 7 days upon receiving your order & after confirmed with our customer service team. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the good(s) within the stipulated time.
- Kindly contact our after sales support team via email hello@alissastyle.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram about the issue. Please allow 24 hours for review and response.
For defective/wrong item, kindly provide snapshots of the incorrect good(s) or the defective area. - Returns must be done in the good(s) original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All good(s) are not to be soaked, washed, or any other action which may cause the good(s) to differ from its original state. If the good(s) are degraded due to above reason(s), item/s is strictly not returnable.
For all good(s) packed with boxes, both good(s) and its box must be returned in its original conditions. ALISSA reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the good(s) doesn’t meet above conditions, including, but not limited to:
- Accessories must be returned in original condition (with box and packaging)
- Bag must be returned in original condition (with dust bag and box)
- Clothes must be returned with ALISSA plastic bag
- Buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
- Return without meeting the criteria will charged for RM10 for penalty such as return shoe without shoe box/shoe cover/dust bag and original packing.
ALISSA DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SERVICE, unless:
- wrong item or size delivered by us
- defective item(s)
- A wide range of damage or dirt/ (more than 1cm)
- uncommon torn
- poor or improper stitching line
ALISSA will send a brand new exact piece to customer once the defective/wrong item is received. (*this may mean a certain waiting time for the replacement items to reach our shore)
Good(s) with defect only allowed to do exchange with same model, same color and same size.
Postage fees for returns / replacement items will be absorbed by us (please refer table below)

ALISSA only provides Exchange for good(s) which differ in sizes (top, dress, bottom), but such good(s) are not refundable.

Exchange can only be done once per order.
Exchanges are only valid for the same design and colour that was initially purchased.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for store credits with a 12-month expiry date. You can utilize it to purchase other available items.
No cash refund for exchange item.
The following are NOT eligible for Exchange:
- Sales items, include Best Buy, SALE, Discounted items (includes item purchase using discount codes and cash vouchers)
- Orders placed with the usage of reward point/store credit
- Items which specifically stated are non-exchange items
- Accessories such as jewellery, bag, bralette, lingerie products and swimwear (Due to hygienic purposes).
We reserved the right to reject any return/exchange item(s) if it does not meet the conditions.
